Ongoing Work

As an anti-nationalist and member of the greater Armenian-American milieu, I am curious about themes of myth-building in the context of nationalism, Diasporan self-exotification in the internet age, and universal tropes of national identity. In this ongoing (yet to be titled) series, my goal is to work in collaboration with my community in a studio environment to build farcical images that play with these themes.
